CONGRATULATIONS!! Colonial Heights is now an "official" retail "center"! Because you all know you're not one until Olive Garden shows up!! Whoo hoo!
One piece of advice; get there 30 minutes early for lunch, 40 for dinner. Still might cause you to wait, but at least it'll be less for the party that gets there early to "grab" the table. :)
